Thuselco Holdings Private limited, a company registered under Companies Act No 07 of 2007, engage in exporting Grow Bags to the international market, is looking for the opportunity of having its own manufacturing facility in Madige Pandawa, Mandapola, in Kurunegala District.
The company is currently exporting its product Mexico and Canada and looking for the opportunities in USA, Australia and Other European countries. By the end of May 2019 the number of containers exported exceeds fifty and total revenue generated is around USD One Million
At the moment the company purchases raw material directly from suppliers and send them to various factory locations and get the finished goods manufactured by paying manufacturing charge. This has created lot of administrative issues and been very difficult to maintain a consistent quality of the product.
The proposed project will minimize the hardships currently the company having and increase the quality of the product. At the same time this will generate around 75 direct and 100 indirect employment opportunities in the area. With the new manufacturing facility, the target production capacity is 200 containers per annum and the expected per annum turnover is USD 3 million
